Deny the request inconditionnally.

Example usage
=============

   - description: Everything is disallowed.

     default: Deny
     policies:

         rules:
           any:
             Deny:

   ...

.. Note::
   This example is a bit silly, as the default rule is `Deny`. It could have been
   written as follow.
